Autumn blues and training?

Hi, I've recently taken a more extended break from blogging, but I'm coming back to you. Today, like every Monday, the theme will revolve around fitness. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't like to go outside on rainy autumn days, which is why I often train at home. Today I will tell you about my favourite home training.

1. Training with a chair by Ewa Chodakowska, I mean scalpel two and training with Joanna Przetakiewicz. These are training without jumping so safe if you have a neighbour under you who is disturbed by everything. 2. All training with rubbers, they are a great alternative to strength training. And you can't hide that they are amazingly sculpting the buttocks and thighs. 3. Yoga, I use videos on YouTube by Gosia Mostowska. Among her films, you can find those for beginners. The girl explains everything beautifully. Yoga is very relaxing, we will not burn too many calories here, but our body will indeed thank us for this effort. 4. I recently bought a stepper, and I recommend cardio in the comfort of your home with your favourite series in the background? Why not? To sum up, if you want to train without leaving your home, you can do it too. Sorry, but the excuse I did not go to the gym because it was raining, it is not good enough! I remind you that physical activity increases the level of endorphins in the body; a healthy and balanced diet will help protect us from autumn diseases.
